Refund policy

At Our Store, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

  • You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ironpulsefit.ca with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

💵 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used fitness gear and apparel (for hygiene reasons)

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or offer a full refund at no extra cost.
